My name is Gwen Allen and I recently sold my house to James. It was a great experience, he came looked at my house which was a train wreck. He walked the house and yard so we could discuss everything as far as repairs needed and what he could offer me. He then gave me a price and we agreed . He then contacted me with a closing date. I met him and the attorney on the closing date and signed a few papers and he then handed me my check. I gave him the keys and he started right away in turning my house into a new beauty. It was smooth and easy. I truly recommend James on any type of quick fixer up sale , he was awesome and very easy to work with.
